Lalaloopsy FAQ

  • The "Unity 3D Player" says it wants to download onto my computer. Is that safe?
  • Yes! The Unity 3D Player allows the 3D world of Lalaloopsy to run on your computer. The Player does not contain viruses that are harmful to your computer. Please follow the download instructions that appear on screen. If you have trouble with the download, please check your connection and try again.
  • Do I have to register to play online?
  • No, the whole Lalaloopsy Land is free for everyone. However, if you register on the site, you will have access to news and promotions before anyone else.
  • How do I talk with other Lalaloopsy dolls, play games, and do things in Lalaloopsy Land?
  • An on-screen button appears when there is another doll for your chosen doll to talk to, a game you can play, or a ride you can ride. Just click on that button! The Lalaloopsy website does not currently allow chat between users.
  • There is no Lalaloopsy doll in front of one house online.
  • When you choose a Lalaloopsy doll as your Lalaloopsy Land tour guide you see everything from her point of view. So if there’s no doll in front of a house, it is probably your chosen doll's house! You can still go inside and play a game if you want to. Just walk up to the front door.
  • The 3D world runs slow and/or looks jumpy on my computer.

    Lalaloopsy.com is an interactive 3D environment with character biographies, product information games and screensaver and wallpaper downloads. Your child can explore the whimsical 3D world of Lalaloopsy Land once you download the Unity Player (see above). This magical world features special character-driven games, ranging from helping Crumbs Sugar Cookie™ make dessert in the Recipe Race, to painting Lalaloopsy Land with Spot Splatter Splash™.

    To ensure your child's safety we've created a parent’s console which enables you to log in to your account and your child’s account and grant or deny access to all MGAE websites. You can update their information and monitor their activity on our websites. Once you create a log in, that log in allows you to access all MGAE websites with the same user name and password.
